Job Scope:
. Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospects.
. Follow up on quotes and leads while scheduling meeting with potential customers.
. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by developing new customers.
. Perform daily sales activities for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
. Continuously build and maintain strong rapport and relationships with customers.
. Oversee after-sales account management to ensure customer satisfaction, track delivery against work orders, and identify opportunities for expansion based on evolving client needs.
. Collaborate with the technical development team to prepare tailored quotations and proposals to meet client requirements.
. Ensure all sales documentation is properly handled and produced in strict compliance with company policies and processes.
. Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.
. Manage social media marketing and execute email campaigns.
Requirement:
. Diploma/ Degree in Electronics, IT business systems, IT related field
. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant channel and project sales
. Good business acumen
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
. A positive, proactive mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt.
. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
. Initiative in identifying new opportunities and sales avenues.
