This position is responsible for leading the requirement gatherings, functional testing and configuration of ALAM Digital and IT projects, as well as driving continuous improvement activities and process automation through digitization.
The position requires an individual with a strong functional background and deep understanding of managing complex business processes in SAP Quality Management (QM) as a primary skill. SAP Materials Management (MM) is required as a secondary skill.
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this position.
This role will play a large part in owning the planning, delivery and execution of IT projects and change requests (SAP S4 HANA and non-SAP) within the QM workstream.
Responsible for supporting SAP QM and MM.
Work with other Consultants/Business Analysts, service partners and global business partners.
Work independently with business process owners on presenting new solutions, leading workshops from scoping phase through realization phase of the projects.
Work with development teams by providing functional specifications for new RICEFW development that are production support related; test and validate the development for business use.
Create detailed system integration test plans, use case scenarios for detailed testing based on the functional requirements for projects and change requests.
Develop process maps to document work and information flows.
Builds rapport with business key users & managers.
Works closely within the IT and business teams to collaborate and assist in planning, organizing, troubleshooting, and improving applications and user experiences.
Creates custom training material working closely with the different software providers and business counterparts.

Are you a MATCH
Bachelors degree in management Information Systems, Mechanical engineering, and/or Business, or equivalent work experience.
Possesses 3-10 years of hands-on SAP QM experience with a combination of both support and project implementation and 2+ years of MM experience at support level.
At least 2 full life cycle project implementations in SAP QM (preferably S4 HANA) and at least 2 support projects experience in MM.
Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to translate complex requirements to the development team and also articulate technical questions to business and seek clarification.
Experience in working on interfaces from/to SAP; Working knowledge of Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and Inventory Management are must.
Working experience in SAP S/4 HANA with Fiori tiles; Working experience in a manufacturing and/or chemical industry environment; Understanding of process industry shop floor software solutions and/or MES systems; Understanding of LIMS and/Or NWA systems will be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide effective problem solving.
Willingness and ability to travel as required. Expected travel less than 10% in a year.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support any incidents and/or deployment schedule.
