PURPOSE
This role is responsible to provide support IT Servicedesk and Infrastructure management for FWD. Provide FWD SG staff with IT assistance eg provide basic access administration and monthly patch application to endpoints. Support in terms of server and network management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Day-to-day technical support for end users for laptop, printers, and mobile devices.
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
- Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems
- Asset management for IT assets.
- Liaise with vendors and end users for purchasing, repair and warranty services of IT related items.
- Maintain and monitor office IT Infrastructure
- Onboarding and Offboarding of end users
- Meeting Room setup (Room booking, Screen sharing)
- System to support (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android)
- Create and update user guide for user and system.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant team/Service Providers for infrastructure management.
- Ensure Infrastructure services are meeting SLAs.
- Provide technical support when necessary to resolve Infrastructure related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Information Technology or higher
- 1-2 years of related experience in IT operations and support
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication and writing skills
- Candidates should have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
