  • Job Title: IT Support Engineer

    Work Location: Central, Singapore

    Job Type: 1 to 3 Years Contract, subject to renewal

    • About the Role:

    The role focuses on providing comprehensive ICT support, including Desktop/Portable computers, software, CLIENT applications, and basic network issues. The ideal candidate will serve as the Single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for Helpdesk services, analyze business requirements, develop system solutions, and ensure quality through testing. Responsibilities include supporting users during UAT and post-implementation, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders. The candidate will also participate in ICT projects such as upgrades, maintenance, and relocations.

    • Primary Responsibilities:

    1) Service Desk Support Services:

    · Serve as the Single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for Helpdesk support services, providing comprehensive phone and onsite support for ICT-related issues (Desktop/Portable computers, standard software, CLIENT applications, Laptops, PCs, Printers, Scanners, Storage servers, and basic network issues), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of all incidents/issues/requests.

    · Follow up on and close all incidents/issues/requests accordingly.

    · Immediately report and support production by providing solutions when incidents occur.

    · Maintain documentation and improve Standard Operating Procedures.

    2) On-site Support Services:

    · Deliver on-site support for Desktop/Portable computers, standard off-the-shelf software, and application as needed.

    · Assist in basic server and network setup/configuration, including monitoring system capacity and availability.

    · Participate in other ICT-related projects or activities such as upgrades, changes, maintenance, and relocations.

    • Job Requirements:

    · Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    · Preferably with some relevant working experience and proficiency with Email applications and software used in industries such as Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Real Estate, or Hospitality.

    · Possess ITIL Foundation certification.

    · Strong interest in providing business application technical support to corporate end users.

    · Customer-oriented, patient, and a strong team player.

    · Good communication skills.

    · Fresh IT graduates are welcome to apply.
