Your new role
- Responsible for ensuring that all desktop data bearing assets are managed in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures throughout the IMAC (Installs, Moves, Add and Changes) lifecycle.
- Assist Infrastructure Service Manager in the region to manage/advise the local team whose remit will include the receipt, building, configuring, installing, moving, break-fixing and decommissioning desktop assets as well as inventory and stock management.
- Provide support and assistance on the asset disposal process and partner with different teams that involved.
- Provide project management services for all Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) within a building and minor space reconfiguration project.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Networking/Infrastructure.
- Good understanding of Networks, IP addressing and Voice Infrastructure.
- Ability to identify accurately all types of desktop hardware.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to demonstrate good team leadership skills.
