Responsibilities:
. Manage service management framework, ensuring service levels meet Service Level Agreements
. Lead and coordinate Managed Services Team
. Change and Configuration Management
. Ensuring proper tracking, root cause analysis and timely resolution
. Manage transition process from existing teams or vendors
. Conduct review meetings with service providers to discuss performance and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
. ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or 4) / Enterprise Administrator Expert / Security Operations Analyst Associate
. 5 years of experience in SLA Management (IT Industry)
. Strong understanding in Service Delivery Management, M365 services
. Excellent organizational, solid leadership and coordination skills
