Job Description
The Information Technology Services (ITS) team provides essential technology-based services to internal clients. The ITS team work together to address both individual and firm-wide IT needs.

As an intern, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Preparation of documentations including business requirements documentation (BRD), UAT signoffs, Implementation sign-offs and user story templates.
- Produce test plan, test scenario, perform UAT and post-production regression tests.
- Incidents and Change Request tracking
- Performing routine health checks on systems / scheduled jobs
- Assisting in SharePoint development and maintenance
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following Attributes
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Power Query required.
- Proficiency in SQL, SharePoint, Visio or Power Automate is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with process workflows
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
