IT Shared Service Executive (Robotic Process Automation) - Ref:HC

Job Scope:

• Responsible to drive performance and service quality in the call centres through call and email audits, as well as from customers feedback
• Identify any processes that have the potential to be improved and automated by harnessing technology
• Ensure proper and systematic documentation of call centre work processes
• Responsible to develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate call centre work processes
• Responsible to drive the usage of Customer Relationship Management system
• Participate in department workshop and events

Job Requirements:

• A recognized Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or related fields
• Experience in automation tools such as Blue Prism and UiPath would be advantageous
• Passionate in boosting efficiency through streamlining and automating work processes to drive productivity
• Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills
