  • Job Title: IT Solutions Sales Specialist

    • About the Role:

    Are you passionate about IT solutions and building strong client relationships Join our dynamic team as an IT Solutions Sales Specialist! You'll be the critical link between our innovative services and our valued clients. Leveraging your deep product knowledge and strategic insights, you'll drive sales and foster long-term customer loyalty. This role offers the excitement of frequent client meetings, the use of cutting-edge CRM tools, and staying updated with industry trends. If you are resourceful, persistent, and thrive in a people-centric environment, we want you to help us achieve new heights of success.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Business Development and Sales Generation

    · Promote and market our core competencies in Business Solutions and Nextgen Enterprise ICT Services.

    · Drive business development, revenue growth, and profitability for each customer engagement.

    · Implement effective sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and meet sales targets.

    · Prepare proposals, costings, quotations, and presentation decks; lead customer meetings to convert opportunities into sales.

    · Advise clients on technology adoption and implementation strategies to enhance their business operations.

    · Coordinate resources and meet obligations to ensure high customer satisfaction.

    · Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to develop impactful sales action plans.

    · Work closely with Channel Partners and Principals to promote new products and services.
    • Customer Relationship Management

    · Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers through informal meetings and networking.

    · Seek and identify new business opportunities to meet customer needs and drive sales.
    • Strategic Planning and Execution

    · Strategize, plan, and execute business development and sales functions to achieve targets.

    · Support regional business expansion plans as necessary.

    • Job Requirements:

    · Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or related field.

    · At least 1 year of experience in the Sales and Marketing, preferably in the ICT industry with strong customer engagement skills.

    · Professional, resourceful, self-motivated, and result-oriented.

    · Quick learner, adaptive to dynamic environments.

    · Reliable, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.

    · Excellent team player, able to work under pressure.

    · Excellent English writing and communication skills.

    · Seeking long-term career growth within the company.
