Manage the ticketing system from input of request case, monitoring, status update, to case closure.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Email, Microsoft Office applications, Operating systems, Printing, Network connectivity, VPN, and Conferencing tools
Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage user accounts and email in Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365.
Oversee system and user data backups.
Maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 year IT support experience (preferably in IT System Integrator or Managed Service Provider environment)
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Adaptable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
Self-motivated learner with interest in technology
