We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and skilled Instructional Designers and trainers to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging courses using hardware e.g. Microbit and software e.g. Python, tailored for young learners. Our programs focus on introducing students to coding, creating digital creation, and fostering a love for STEM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum plans for primary and secondary school students, focusing on engaging, hands-on activities in technology education.
- Deliver dynamic lessons using both hardware and software to teach students to build, code, and create.
- Adapt instructional materials to fit various age groups, ensuring content is accessible and enjoyable for all learning levels.
- Engage students in a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment on teaching methods, objectives, and tools.
- Market STEM programmes to schools and organisations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or with 5 years equivalent experience).
- Experience teaching or designing courses for young learners, particularly in technology, or coding.
- Competent in the use of STEM kits, such as Magicbit or Microbit.
- Competent in the use of programming software e.g. Scratch, Python
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
