Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible to provide Level 1 support to ensure the smooth running of the office from a Technology perspective
- Providing additional IT Support to the team
- Perform an inventory reconciliation on IT equipment, categorizing and documenting for better tracking
- Support the Service Lead on the maintenance and testing of fixed office equipment such as Laptop Docks, Monitors, Peripherals, Printers and Projectors
- Partner with HR and event organizers for the setup of the office to support various in-person and virtual events such as Townhalls, Workshops and Large meetings
- To provide support for VIPs when they are visiting the office
- To work with IT Support teams on issue resolution
- To support and coordinate IT activities related to local IT projects.
Please note that the duties and responsibilities within this role may change over the course of employment, which will require flexibility.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in an Office administration or in an IT support role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
- Have helpdesk experience, in a multinational environment would be an added bonus but not a must
- Has a partnership and customer service mindset
