Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine/ Oil & Gas
Position Title: IT Administrator / IT Support Engineer
- Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,750 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Maintain and support in-house hardware, software licenses, servers, and network.- Manage end-of-lease equipment.
Liaise with auditors on IT issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking equipment such as switches, routers, intranet/internet, and firewalls.
Maintain and troubleshoot problems related to company servers and in-house systems promptly.- Monitor, investigate, rectify, and update computer virus issues.
Perform daily routine tasks and system operations for LAN/WAN, hardware, and CCTV.
- Provide regular maintenance and housekeeping for servers.
Diagnose and resolve user problems on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IT-related equipment.- Provide level 1 support for infrastructure issues.
Ensure IT systems and facility operations comply with organizational policies and safety standards.
At least a Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of related working experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows 2008 and Microsoft Windows
- 0 & above.
Knowledgeable in ERP (NetSuite) would be a plus.- Knowledgeable with ITIL would be an advantage.
Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
