Job Description

Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin's attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for IT Support Analyst to join our Technology department on a permanent basis. The role will be based at our Singapore office, with a hybrid element for those looking for more flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the wider IT Team to provide first class technical support to Merlin offices and attractions within region
  • Promotion of the IT Service Desk to encourage adoption across the business as the single point of contact
  • Consulting and advising users of all levels across Singapore and the APAC region
  • Promote Continual Service Improvement and follow through with initiatives
  • Promote and advocate security and governance policies
  • Ensure IT standards are maintained and promoted across all IT disciplines.
  • Ability to problem solve on more complex incidents and requests. Assisting with the coordination and resolution of major incidents.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in 1 st or 2 nd line technical support
  • Field engineer experience is desirable
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Point of Sale support experience
  • Network support experience
  • A Microsoft or Cisco based certification is desirable
  • Technical skills Troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Microsoft Cloud/Endpoint Manager, Apple, Android, Cisco Networking, Juniper Mist, Point of Sale (POS), Oracle, Digital signage, Kiosks, Ticketing System

Pay Range

From SGD $55,000.00/Yr.
