Amazon is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to fill an IT Support Associate I position at our IT Operations. This roles provides support for IT Offices throughout the region. This position is the first level of support for the operations of the IT operations while also acting as a representative of the IT department to internal customers.
The successful IT Support Associate will be customer focused and motivated by team success. You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests. You will also be committed, flexible, and demonstrate the ability to maintain high levels of productivity while maintaining quality support. Follow SOPs, adhere to process and maintain database for own area of responsibility. ITSAs are also responsible for small projects within the operations as well as team members for larger scale projects directed by more senior technicians.

About The Team
The IT team is responsible for preparing IT equipment for all new employees from day one. Key responsibilities include ITAD, inventory management, lifecycle replacement projects, off-boarding, hardware troubleshooting, and logging cases with OEMs for replacements. The team ensures employees have the necessary IT equipment and support throughout their employment.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience.
- Diploma in computer science or equivalent
- Knowledge on Windows and Mac OS
- Basics of Computer and Networking
- ITAD Process -- Secured wipe
- Asset management
- Basic English communication and written communication skills desired.
- Knowledge on remedy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with windows installation and Mac OS installation
- Knowledge on asset management and good to have any experience in using ServiceNow
- Working with 3PL for importing and exporting
