Job Scope:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to IT devices.
- Provide technical support services, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance for supported hardware and software.
- Monitor, evaluating and establishing system performance specifications.
- Install and configure personal computers, laptops, servers, and other IT hardware.
- Provide training to colleague and collaborate with 3rd party vendors.
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance to prevent hardware failures.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec in Computer Science/IT Engineering or equivalent.
- No experience are welcome to apply!
