Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent
Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Technical support
Must have experience in Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Must have experience in Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Experience in setting up accounts for onboarding and offboarding
Experience in IT operation administration and support for computer software and hardware, including servers and systems
