IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Provide IT technical support and manage office network/system

- Monitor and manage system security

- Oversee tech refresh of office IT systems

- Responsible for patches and update of IT framework

- Monitor and manage IT hardware and software licenses

- Anaylze, monitor and provide reports on IT infrastructure

- Participate and support IT upgrading projects

- Participate and support Head of IT on AI initiatives

- Participate and support Head of IT on IT related projects

Requirements:

- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Degree in Information Technology or related qualification

- Familiar with different operating systems including Windows and Mac

- Self-motivated and able to work independantly

- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
