- Provide L1 to L2 support for infrastructure, network, and internal systems.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal users experiencing issues with computers, printers, and other IT systems.
- Support senior staff in testing, implementing, training, and providing hyper-care for new functions.
- Help senior staff coordinate with the central IT team on security and compliance requirements.
- Assist with purchasing, installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware, while updating IT asset and license information for review by senior staff or the support manager.
- Conduct regular internal IT audits and reviews based on established policies, reporting any non-compliance to senior staff.
- Follow guidance from the IT support manager and senior engineers to maintain a knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation.
- Assist senior engineers by reporting recurring issues for continuous improvement.
