Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure PCs and laptops for users.
- Install software and assist with mobile device configurations for Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for users onsite and remotely.
- Perform preventive maintenance for office and shop floor PCs, including CMM systems.
- Manage patching and Windows updates using Ivanti for all devices.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve IT hardware and software issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation for installations and network setups.
- Handle Active Directory management and assist with urgent IT tasks as needed.
Other Information
- Proficient in Office 365 and MFA applications.
- Strong communication skills, both technical and user-friendly.
- Self-motivated with a focus on detail and customer service.
- Effective project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Diploma in Information Technology and 2-3 years in Level 1 & 2 technical support.
