Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting & Secretarial Service Provider
Position Title: IT Support Executive (Accounting / Inventory Software)
- Working Location: East - Macpherson
Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday:
- 30 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Project Incentive
Duration: Permanent
Provide technical support to end-users of accounting and inventory solution- Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to user
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection
- Responsible for the creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
In charge of server preventive maintenance, backup procedures, network and PC
Min. Diploma in Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent- Min 2 years of working experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
Experience with setup & maintenance of Windows servers, virtual machines (HyperV, Citrix) remote desktops, routers, and Fortinet firewalls is a plus
