Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets
- Facilitate the full onboarding and offboarding process, including but not limited to preparing, issuing, and collecting all IT peripherals, setting up or removing user accounts and access rights, as well as configuring necessary software and email for employees
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems
- Support the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Perform routine administrative tasks related to IT operations and document technical processes
- Maintain accurate IT inventory records and ensure compliance with IT policies
- Collaborate with other IT team members on various projects as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects will be considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and must hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Experience with IT asset management and onboarding processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous to align with business requirements and collaborate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
