Responsibilities:
. End-user support for computers, mobile devices, software &applications
. User Account Management (Create Account/Email, etc.)
. Installation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, and printers in a Windows-based environment.
. Support on Video and Audio Conferencing
. Maintenance of IT stocks and asset lists
. All vendors co-ordination and IT management services
. Any ad-hoc service request by Management
Requirements:
. Diploma in Information Technology or IT-related experience
. Preferred experience in a desktop support role
. Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10,11
. Experience with Server and Active Directory services will be an advantage.
. MS365 Azure Administrator
. Willing to learn and work as a team.
