Duties and Responsibilities- Support and administer network and applications including troubleshooting on any technical issues remotely and/or on-site
Evaluate causes, implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possible solution options- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
Support and administer outlets CCTVs, POS system, receipt printers, routers, etc
- Compile and prepare reports regularly
Travel to stores for support when needed- Setting up, managing and maintaining IT-related equipment for new workstations or stores
Update and maintain Policy & Procedures for the IT Department
- Keep updated with latest technology and security risks
Any other IT adhoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

Meticulous and organised- Able to multi task and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as an IT personnel or related industry
