Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn IT Support Engineer (Level 1) to join our Client. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving, even if they have little to no prior experience. You will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot basic IT issues, and grow your technical skills through on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or ticketing system.

- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

- Learn to install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

- Support with software installations and basic network troubleshooting.

- Escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff or specialized teams.

- Document technical issues and resolutions in the system.

- Provide remote support through remote desktop tools.

- Assist in maintaining hardware and software inventories.

Required Qualifications:

- A strong interest in IT, technology, and troubleshooting.

- Basic familiarity with computer systems, operating systems (Windows/Mac/Linux), and common software applications.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications:

- Any IT-related certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) is a plus.

- Exposure to basic networking concepts or cloud platforms like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
