Responsibilities:- Provide second-level technical support for end-users, addressing issues related to desktop systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot network problems, including issues related to switches, firewalls, and NAS devices.- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate routine tasks and streamline system operations.
Assist in the administration and support of SharePoint environments.
- Collaborate with team members to implement new technology solutions and improve existing processes.
Document troubleshooting procedures and maintenance logs.- Train users and staff on new technologies and IT procedures.
Work closely with centralized corporate IT departments and regional teams to ensure cohesive support and operations across the enterprise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or similar.
2-5 years of experience in IT support within a midsize to large organization with prior experience in a global enterprise environment.- Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems, including Windows and MacOS.
Experience with network troubleshooting and basic administration (knowledge of switches, firewalls, and NAS storage systems).
- Proficient in scripting with PowerShell to automate tasks and manage systems.
Familiarity with SharePoint administration and troubleshooting.- Experience with using a ticket system, preferably osTicket.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a diverse, global team environment.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office / platform (especially Excel Macro, VBA, Access, SharePoint and Power BI).- Good technical writing and verbal communication skills.
