This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and providing help desk support for desktop computers and information technology systems. The IT Support Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and respond to user inquiries and issues.Qualifications

Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
Knowledge of help desk support best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Relevant certifications in IT support or related field
Proficiency in MySQL
Proficiency in AWS Management Console
Relevant certifications in AWS training and certification especially for EC2 and S
Familiar and strong knowledge with Google Workspace.
Proficiency in managing Apple hardware in-person and remotely.
Familiar with meeting tools such as google MEET, ZOOM, Microsoft TEAMS.
Experience in the mental health industry or familiarity with mental health resources is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
