You will be part of our Information Technology team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence
Your Role
Your strong technical skills + knowledge of IT management, along with your stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
You will be successful in this role because of your knowledge across our operations, products + services; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
Your Responsibilities
Your primary objective will provide a first point of contact for employees who are seeking IT assistance. You will collaborate with global teams to implement high quality solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:
To setup + configure company deployed applications (e.g. Windows 11 OS, MS Office)
To provide resolutions for issues raised via remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques + pertinent questions.
To be responsible for tracking + administering our IT assets.
To comply with all internal standard help desk procedures (e.g. ticket logging, recording of incident resolution).
To update stakeholders on incident resolution progress on a timely basis
To improve customer service quality by evaluating + re-designing processes, establishing + communicating service metrics, monitoring + analyzing results
To prepare error diagnostics + detailed problem descriptions for escalation as required
To perform assigned routine tasks related to IT.
Your Skills and Experiences
2-3 years experiences in the related field
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows 11 OS) and their configurations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and explain technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other departments or external vendors.
Willing to travel to various office site
