Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT and networking, along with hands-on experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate. This role is pivotal in supporting our organization's technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and optimize SharePoint environments, ensuring smooth collaboration and data management.
  • Configure and manage OneDrive for Business, enhancing cloud storage utilization and accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain Power Apps to create customized solutions that improve business processes.
  • Design and deploy Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) workflows to automate routine tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and security, ensuring compliance with IT policies and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, providing recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement IT solutions accordingly.
  • Perform other IT-related tasks as required to support the organization's technological needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT support and system administration.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of networking hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
