Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve IT issues
- Handle hardware, software and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software on computers, laptops and mobile devices
- Do setup and troubleshooting for various hardware, including computers, laptops, printers and other peripherals
- Handle all IT-related duties or projects as assigned
- Ready to be on-call and provide site support when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma level qualifications
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, email servers, website maintenance, MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Autocad and other commonly used software
- Good troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills
Working hours: Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6.00pm (May be required to work on some weekends)
