IT System Administrator

Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the group IT systems.

Maintain and update existing group systems in accordance with established processes and standards.

Provide reliable and efficient local support for the office, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Main Mission

1. Update and maintain the existing group systems, ensuring they are in line with appropriate processes and standards.

2. Provide local support for the office, which consists of approximately 40 people.

3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuity of services.

4. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's IT infrastructure.

5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

6. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Skills, professional experience

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.

Proficiency in system administration tasks such as resources deployment, system updates, and troubleshooting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills to effectively support and train users.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Optional

Experience with PowerShell scripting and/or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Knowledge of network administration and security protocols.

Familiarity with other operating systems such as Linux.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.

Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Network+).

Salary Range : $3500 to $4500 with monthly mobile reimbursement claim max up to $80 and Corporate Grab transport account for travelling related to work purpose.
