IT System/Business Analyst

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management of Information systems, Information/Infocom Technology or related discipline.

. Minimum 5 years of work experience as business analyst or equivalent position. Handled large scale front facing projects, with experience in stakeholder management and comms management

. Proven and hands on experience with IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software

. Experience in Agile methodologies and Cloud platform projects, preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca

. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met

. Possess strong communication skills
