IT Systems Engineer (Microsoft Server System/Network Configuration)

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate the current IT infrastructure and develop improvement plans.

- Plan and execute tasks in alignment with company policies, ensuring timely completion.

- Support and maintain MS Windows servers, SAN storage systems, CISCO IP telephony, and overall network infrastructure.

- Manage and enhance system backups.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT

- MCSE and CCNA certifications are highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus for liaising with internal and external stakeholders on IT matters.

- Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server environments and CISCO IP telephony and network equipment.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
