Description:
Responsibilities
Managing and monitoring internal systems which include the cloud and on-premises.
Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining Azure, 0365 systems, patches, system management tools.
Basic networking and IT operational support
Ensuring the highest levels of integrity, availability and confidentiality of Azure/0365 cloud systems
Part of the IS027K team to ensure data security & compliance.
Participate in IT projects assigned by the supervisor.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Responsible for the design, installation, administration and optimization of the company servers, e.g., Windows, UNIX, Macintosh, LINUX, AIX, Citrix, Solaris, etc. and related components to achieve high performance of the various business applications.
Ensures the availability of client/server applications, configures all new implementations, and develops processes/procedures for ongoing management of the server environment.
Handles access issues and assists in overseeing the physical security, integrity, and safety of the data center/server farm
Requirements
Diploma certification in Computer or related studies.
Microsoft 365 experience is required.
Candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform will be given preference.
Experience in managing and configuration of M365 systems and a good understanding of the licensing model of
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve Azure AD and M365-related issues.
Ability to work with users of different levels.
Be conversant in English and possesses a good working attitude and disposition.
Able to work independently & effectively with teams across Asia both in person and online.
Able to think creatively and work under pressure.
Able to travel within Asia as required. Once every quarter, on average.
