(Japanese speaking) Sales Executive - TK

A leading company in the field of scrubber systems (remove harmful materials from industrial exhaust gases before they are released into the environment) are hiring for a Japanese speaking Sales Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products.
• Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan and with customers.
• Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers.
• Prepare sales report & meeting minutes.
• Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers.
• Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories.
• Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder
• Good command of written and spoken of English and Japanese (To liaise with HQ and Japanese customers)
• Mandarin speaking will be required to liaise with China counterparts
• Responsible and Independent.
• Positive thinker and self-motivation.
• Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and power Point.
