Java Developer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strong Java fundamentals
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, CI/CD workflows
• Proficiency with shell scripts, python or other scripting languages
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit
• Agile process compliance
• FIX protocol and domain understanding would be useful but not mandatory
• Hands on Java programming
• Familiarity with Linux
• Understand Garbage Collection
• Memory management
• Multithreading and concurrency concepts understand the difference between volatile and Atomic

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Java development
• Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
