(JC) Accounts Executive (1 Year Contract) - $2800

Overview: -

• Basic UP $2800 (W Exp) + Transport $100 + Food +50 + Completion bonus (1 month)
• 5 Days office hours
• Pasir Panjang
• Contract Role

Your Responsibilities: -

• Review customers contracts and cross-check with sales data for claim processing
• Responsible to resolve unidentified receipts, timely allocation of customer payment & account reconciliation
• Generate BI reports weekly to review net sales revenue (NSR) for customer claim justification purposes
• Conduct monthly AR review with Commercial and send SOA to customers

You will need: -

• Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AP/AR.
• Proven experience with SAP and BI Reports.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for efficient and effective handling of large data volumes.
