(JC) Engineer (Design & Engineering, Manufacturing)

Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: Up to $3500 + AWB + Bonus (depend on EXP)
• Location: Loyang, Pasir Ris
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours

Your Responsibilities: -

• Develop, document, and support the creation of high-precision plastic injection molds and components for manufacturing.
• Assist the Program team during the initial project quotation phase by providing accurate tooling and product DFM (Design for Manufacturability) that aligns with quality standards.
• Engage with customers for DFM and mold concept reviews to ensure their technical requirements and concerns are properly addressed.
• Support the Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews prior to tool launch.

You will need: -

• Previous experience or knowledge in Precision Tooling Design/Fabrication, Micro Plastic Injection Molding, or Manufacturing Process Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens UG NX or PTC Creo 4.0 and above.
