We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Jobsheet Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive and check jobsheets and delivery order documents submitted by various departments.
Gather required information from project managers, team leaders, and internal stakeholders to accurately complete jobsheets.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of information provided, making adjustments in system as necessary.
Communicate any issues or discrepancies identified in jobsheets to relevant parties for resolution.
Monitor the progress of tasks and provide regular updates and reports on the status of jobsheets to department head and stakeholders.
Ensure all data entry are completed accurately and on time, highlighting any delays or issues that need attention.
Provide training and support to team members on the use of the system and related tools.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in jobsheet handling.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in IT or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within an IT department or related industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in using job tracking or project management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
