Join a Revolutionary Hedge Fund Platform – (Operations/Middle Office)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Middle Office / Operations Manager to oversee trade support and the management of the trade lifecycle across a diverse range of asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, and related derivatives.

This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring seamless operations and the timely execution of trades while working closely with various internal teams to drive process improvements and mitigate operational risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive trade support and lifecycle management for multiple asset classes, ensuring accurate trade capture, allocation, and settlement.

- Oversee corporate actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, and manage associated asset servicing processes.

- Supervise outsourced middle office operations, acting as an escalation point for high-risk exceptions and ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Collaborate with the Technology team to develop process enhancements, reduce risk, and drive business efficiency.

- Monitor and address operational risks related to trading activities, working closely with Risk Management and Compliance to identify and rectify any control gaps.

- Analyse trade and operational data to identify trends, support decision-making, and assist in regulatory filings and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- 8-10 years of experience in Operations, Middle Office, or Trade Support, ideally within a hedge fund, investment bank, or asset management environment.

- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and middle office functions across various asset classes.

- Strong analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance within the investment industry is a plus.
