Job Summary:Assist Bartender in preparing and serving cocktails, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean bar area. Create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold health and safety standards.
Assist Bartender in making cocktails: Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes. Use POS system for orders.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, explain menus, take orders, and provide prompt service for an enjoyable experience.
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using POS systems.- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain beverage and supply levels; place orders as needed.
Cleanliness: Keep bar area organised; wash glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Compliance: Follow alcohol and food hygiene regulations.
Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.- Upselling: Promote specials and upsell drinks and snacks.
Experience: Preferred experience in restaurant or bar.- Knowledge: Familiarity with drink recipes, cocktails, and bar equipment preferred.
Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Basic Food hygiene certificate is a must; bartending or mixology certification a plus.
Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, work in a noisy environment.
Outgoing: Friendly with strong interpersonal skills.- Detail-Oriented: Attentive to drink preparation and order accuracy.
Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.

- Hours: Evening shifts totalling
- 5 hours daily, 5 days a week including weekends and holidays (Sunday off).

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
