Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end project management, develop project plan and monitor progress
- Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Min 2 years of experience as business analyst, preferably in FinTech/Payment/banking related industry
- Domain knowledge in FinTech/Blockchain will be an added advantage
