Junior Cashier and Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles inquiries concerning purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist with distribution of mail for the accounting department daily.
• Assist with cash box and petty cash requests as needed.
• Assist with balancing and maintaining cash vault and petty cash fund
• Maintenance of the payment sequence and accounts department filing system and file store.
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and POS systems.
• Customer focused, good numeracy and IT skills (Excel and Word)
