Job scope
- Create custom probe card designs based on cantilever technology to ensure optimal wafer-level testing performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies on new designs,preparing layouts and designs for client approval in a timely manner.
- Ensure on-time delivery of designs by managing project timelines and maintaining high-quality standards in all design work.
- Work with local and international engineering teams to facilitate smooth communication and technical alighnment.
- Actively contribute ideas for improving design processes and methodologies, focusing on enhancing efficiency and product quality.
- Assist Senior Engineers with other design and engineering related tasks, gaining exposure to advanced technical challenges and solutions.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical,Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 1 year of relevant experience in probe card design, hardware board-level design,semiconductor test, or related areas.
- Candidates with relevant qualifications but no experience can apply. On-the-job training is provided.
- Proficient in Autocad for drafting and schematic interpretation.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor design and testing is an advantage.
- Able to work overtime when required to meet project deadlines.
