Responsibilities
As a Junior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the product team, supporting the development and management of the digital asset trading ecosystem. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product strategies, and ensure timely delivery of impactful products that align with our mission.
- Assist in defining and managing the product roadmap to support business objectives and market opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders (trading, operations, risk, and compliance teams) to gather requirements and define product features
- Work with engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and deliverables
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and propose innovative product solutions
- Support end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including PRDs, user guides, and training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (experience in crypto, fintech, or trading is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, or trading platforms is advantageous
