Provide support in system management and Ops & Support activities required to maintain the systems Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as:
- Security Monitoring/Tracking. Software and Vulnerability Patching
- Review and Implementation of Change Requests
- Support Procurement Activities. Audit.
- Monthly review of accounts and server log activities
- Submission of security clearance for vendors
- Technology Refresh and Migrations. Provide after office hours support for deployments
- Responsible to lead collaboration within internal application stakeholders, vendors and 3rd party managed services
- In-Charge to set clear priorities and alignment of operation and maintenance with the client's contractual obligations
Requirements
- Experience in managing and supporting system management and Operations and Support
- Maintain the systems Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Experience collaborating with vendors and stakeholders management
- Has experience understanding contractual obligations (e.g. clients)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to engage all stakeholders up to Director Level
- Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
