- Promote company services and recommend suitable solutions
To proactively develop and maintain client relationships by providing necessary support and information.- To understand client's needs and participate in brainstorming session with internal team for creative solution, costing and products that can be recommended according to clients needs
Always on top of industry trends, market activities, and competitors so as to identify new opportunities
Administrative
- Ensure prompt response to enquiries/or resolution to customers dissatisfaction
Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with clients- Assist in meeting sales targets together with the rest of the team
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
