Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements under SAP HR.
- Provide production support.
- Create training material and perform helpdesk cover.
- Develop, configure and maintain SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements, design solutions and configure the system.
- Provide guidance to the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of SAP HR solutions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in SAP HR functional analysis.
- Working knowledge of SAP HCM On Premise Human Capital Management.
- Experience in personnel administration, organizational management, time management, payroll and benefits modules.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
