We are seeking a skilled and experienced scientist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be working in a strong team developing diagnostic product. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understand the target product profile for the intended use, conducting feasibility studies, verification and validation as well ensuring designs meet technical and regulatory requirements.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Executing Analytical Validation and Clinical Validation laboratory work
- Executing laboratory work for IVD/RUO product optimization
- Develop protein conjugation capabilities within the protein team.
- Develop protein conjugation workflows which applicable to IVD/RUO product development and scalable for large scale manufacturing
- Documentation of laboratory results as required by DxD Hub QMS and A*STAR
- Support the development of target product profile
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, Biology or related experiences
- 3 - 5 years laboratory experience
- Knowledgeable in protein conjugation techniques and immunoassays
- Knowledgeable in diagnostics and basic life sciences technologies
- Experience with office management software such as MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate effectively, multi-task and able work in a dynamic environment
- Works well as part of a team, yet able to work independently
- Self-driven team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work on-site with a cross-functional team
