Responsibilities: -
. Organize recruitment activities for timely selection and source for candidates who closely fit the job requirements
. Co-ordinate Payroll with OT, and all allowances for timely payment.
. Submission of CPF & IR8A
. Responsible for coordinating WP, SP, EP on renewal and new applications effectively in a timely manner etc.
. Calculate Diesel Pump
. Handling and managing ISO audit documents
. Submission or Renewal of NEA & Dormitory license
. Apply courses and passes for office staff & workers.
. Arrangement and scheduling of Tankers/Lorries/Prime movers/Trailers for inspection
. Purchase of office stationery/uniform & gloves
. Insurance - co-ordinate for renewal and changes on company needs in a timely and adequate manner
. Handle non-executive discipline sensitively with detailed Management advice.
. Arrange & plan for dormitory/office cleaning schedule
. Arrange & weekly routine checking worker room
. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
